Welcome! Here we will explain you the basic rules about this web site and the software you can download. Let's start with some general statement.

General

  1. Ads Machine software and its web site are owned and operated by Affinica S.r.l. ("Affinica").
  2. You agree to the terms of the Ads Machine Privacy Policy.
  3. By using this site, the services provided by it and the software, you signify your assent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the site, download or install the software.
  4. Affinica may from time to time modify these terms of service and will post a copy of the amended Agreement at http://www.adsmachine.com/TermsOfService.
  5. Affinica reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Ads Machine account for the violation of any of these terms at any time and without notice.

System Requirements

  1. These are the minimum system requirements in order to install and use the Ads Machine software:
    • Windows
      • Intel® Pentium® III 1GHz or faster processor
      • Windows XP with Service Pack 2; Windows XP Tablet PC Edition; or Windows Vista® Home Premium, Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise including 64 bit editions; Microsoft® Windows® 2000 with Service Pack 4; Windows 2003 Server
      • 512MB of RAM
      • Adobe® AIR™ 1.1 (Get Adobe AIR now)
    • Mac OS X
      • Intel Coreâ„¢ Duo 1.83GHz or faster processor; PowerPC® G4 1GHz or faster processor
      • Mac OS X 10.4.11 or Mac OS X 10.5.2
      • 512MB of RAM
      • Adobe® AIR™ 1.1 (Get Adobe AIR now)
  2. If your system does not meet these requirements, please don't download, install or use Ads Machine software.

Basic Terms

  1. In order to access to Ads Machine services or download the software you have to sign up.
  2. You agree that any registration information you give to Affinica will always be accurate, correct and up to date.
  3. Your login information are strictly personal and reserved, and you agree you will NOT share with anyone.
  4. You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login information associated with your account.
  5. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to Affinica for all activities that occur under your account.

If you download the software

  1. By downloading the software, you agree that you will NOT:
    • Translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works based on the Ads Machine services or software or any portion of them.
    • Use Ads Machine services or software in any way that violates the terms of this Agreement
    • Try to overcome in any manner the limitations imposed by your license.

If you buy a license

  1. By purchasing a license from this site or our resellers, you recognize that it is governed by license and/or law and treat it accordingly.
  2. In particular, our software is governed by intellectual property laws; compliance with these and other applicable laws is your responsibility.
  3. Unless we specifically tell you otherwise, all purchases you make are final.
  4. In order to use your license with your installed copy of the software you have to provide your login information.
  5. Your license is associated with your Ads Machine account. We remember that your login information are strictly personal and reserved, and you agree you will NOT share with anyone.
  6. You may not rent or lease your license.
  7. If you purchase a limited features license ("Black & White" or "Technicolor") you agree that you will NOT try to overcome in any manner the limitations.

Disclaimer

  1. Ads Machine services and software are released on "as is" and "as available" basis and no guarantees, directly or indirectly, are given or implied.
  2. Affinica is not responsible for any malfunctions, problems, issues, delays, downtime or bandwidth problems of any sort or kind that may or may not be encountered due to using the Ads Machine services or software.
  3. Affinica is not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the service, any failure to provide service, suspension of service, or termination of service, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, lost of programs or other data.
  4. Affinica is in no way legally or morally responsible for the types of uses or types of websites or types of products that Ads Machine users choose to promote. Further, Affinica is not responsible for Ads Machine users using copyrighted or otherwise illegal materials on their advertisements.
